We do our best to ensure product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, and print placement may occur due to product manufacturing and screen differences. All product designs, graphics, and text are the intellectual property of The Canine Club and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

All orders are fulfilled via a third-party print-on-demand provider (Printify). Order processing and shipping timelines may vary based on product type, availability, and your shipping location. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by Printify, shipping carriers, or customs.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Tags still attached (if applicable)
- Free from damage, stains, or odor
To request a return or exchange, please submit a return request with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. Payments are securely processed via our website’s payment provider(s).

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Ohio, where our business is based. If you're located in Ohio, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout on both products and shipping. We do not currently collect sales tax on orders shipped to other U.S. states. However, as our business grows and reaches state-specific thresholds, we may begin collecting sales tax in additional states in accordance with local laws.
